Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VoxyWatch software and the voxywatch.com website. By purchasing or using VoxyWatch, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

VoxyWatch is self-hosted SIP/SIPREC capture software that you install on your own server. We sell licenses to use the software, not a cloud service.

2. License to use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license according to the plan you purchase (1 month, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years). The license is bound to one server (MAC address + hostname); each server requires its own license.

3. Free tier

You may use VoxyWatch without a license, subject to limits (50 concurrent calls and 1,000 CDRs). The free tier is provided "as is", without warranty or support.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use VoxyWatch lawfully and only to capture traffic from infrastructure you control or are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for the legal compliance of capturing and recording communications in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

The software, brand and content are the property of VoxyWatch. You may not decompile, resell or redistribute the software without express written authorization.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Current prices and plans are shown on the site. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Renewal and expiry

When the license expires, the portal is blocked until you renew it. No data is deleted during the block.

8. Warranty and liability

VoxyWatch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the software.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g. Mexico] and any dispute shall be submitted to its competent courts.
