We want you to be satisfied with VoxyWatch. This policy explains when refunds apply.

1. Try the free tier first

Before buying, you can evaluate VoxyWatch with the free tier (50 concurrent calls / 1,000 CDRs). We recommend trying it before purchasing a license.

2. Refund window

We offer a full refund within [14] days of purchase, provided the license has not been activated on a server.

3. Already-activated licenses

Once a license has been activated or installed on a server, and because this is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are at our discretion and assessed case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Write to legal@voxywatch.com with your name, the email used for the purchase and the reason. We respond within [5] business days.

5. Renewals

License renewals are governed by the same conditions as the initial purchase.

6. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights granted to you by the consumer protection law applicable in your country.
