This Policy explains what data we process when you visit voxywatch.com or purchase a license.
1. Key principle
VoxyWatch is self-hosted: your call data (SIP, RTP, audio) stays on your server and NEVER reaches us. This policy covers only the website and the purchase process.
2. What data we collect
At purchase: name, email, hardware identifier (HWID) and payment data. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store it.
Support: the contents of the emails you send us. Website: basic technical CDN data (Cloudflare).
3. How we use it
To issue and deliver your license, provide support and — only if you opt in — send you product updates.
4. Third parties involved
Stripe (payment processing), our transactional email provider (license delivery and notices) and Cloudflare (hosting and DNS). Each processes data under its own policies.
5. Product telemetry
The software includes optional crash reports that do NOT contain call data, IP addresses, phone numbers or SIP content. You can disable them in settings.
6. Retention
We retain purchase data while your license is active and for as long as applicable legal and tax obligations require.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@voxywatch.com.
8. Cookies
The site uses local storage only to remember your language. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
9. Changes
We will publish any changes on this page with their update date.
